Hi! I’m Kirsten Marten, and I’m a Victoria Realtor® who loves helping people find their perfect homes across Greater Victoria. From the charm of Oak Bay and Rockland to the vibrant energy of Langford and the Westshore, I’ve lived, explored, and sold homes in almost every neighbourhood — and I love introducing clients to what makes each one unique.

I’m a multi-year MLS® Gold Award-winning Realtor® and a Certified Negotiation Expert, and I’ve been consistently ranked as one of the top Realtors® in BC and Canada. I’m also proud to co-own Coldwell Banker Oceanside Real Estate, where we focus on making the home buying and selling experience smooth, fun, and stress-free.

I grew up in Victoria and have called this amazing island home since age 11. My husband (a teacher & school counsellor) and I are raising two wonderful boys here, and we love everything the Island lifestyle has to offer — from beaches and paddleboarding to hiking trails and neighbourhood farmers’ markets.

Born and raised in the BC interior, Rebecca spent time travelling the world before setting down roots in Victoria almost 20 years ago. Prior to entering the world of Real Estate Rebecca worked as an International Travel Consultant, Office Manager and operated her own Licensed Child Care. With an educational background in Business Administration, and an admiration for the drive, integrity and success of Kirsten’s business, Rebecca knew for years that an opportunity to work with Marten Homes Real Estate couldn’t be turned down. She loves the variety of the work and seamlessly moves from client care to event planning to preparing listings and transactions. Rebecca is very organized and hardworking, but also loves to laugh and often tells jokes to lighten the mood. Rebecca and her husband, Mike, along with their three children, Kyra, Stephen, and Harrison, call the Westshore home. They can often be found mucking around down at Esquimalt Lagoon, wandering Fort Rodd Hill, or cozy at home having family movie nights. Just like Kirsten and Jeremy, Rebecca holds family and friends very close to her heart and values loyalty, respect and connection which is why The Marten Homes Family is the perfect fit!

Jeremy grew up in the world of development and real estate. His parents built houses in Ontario, developed land in Vancouver and Cowichan, and owned and managed various apartment buildings in the Victoria area. Jeremy owned a successful Victoria area IT business for 15 years, and worked as a teacher and school counselor for another 15 years. Throughout this diverse career, the keys to his success have always been the same: client centred service, attention to detail, and exceeding client’s expectations again and again. With this wealth of experience, Jeremy and Kirsten decided to join forces in the real estate world. With his background in business and a love of helping people, Jeremy works hard to help clients achieve their real estate goals, to keep the business organized, and takes care of last minute details.

Kirsten and Jeremy have been married since 2005 and have two amazing teenage boys – Saul is 6’7” and a star basketball player and Luke is an enormous animal lover, cats and dogs especially (just like his mom). The Marten family have two cats – Gracie and Frannie – and a mini golden doodle named Wookie who is a minor celebrity around the house and neighborhood. The Martens love island living, especially the joy of raising their family in the lakehouse that Jeremy grew up in and their beautiful new beach house at their favorite place on earth – Saratoga Beach. Kirsten and Jeremy both have university backgrounds in psychology and sociology, with Jeremy continuing to become an elementary school teacher and counsellor, and Kirsten building the Marten Homes Real Estate in additon to being the Owner of Coldwell Banker Oceanside brokerage. Recently, Kirsten and Jeremy have joined forces in the Real Estate world to continue building a brand that values authenticity, community and family above all else.
